1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You report the issue within 3 days of receiving the order
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, allergy concerns after use, or if the seal is broken.
2. How to Request a Return

3. Return Process
- Our support team will review your request within 1-2 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange a return pickup or ask you to send the item back.
- After receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, we will process your refund or send a replacement.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- Product was not delivered
- Product received was damaged or incorrect and return was approved
- Product is out of stock after payment
Refund Methods:
- Mobile banking (Bkash, Nagad, Rocket)
- Bank transfer
- Store credit (if preferred)
Refund Timeframe: 3–7 business days after the return is approved.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Items not purchased from our website
- Products reported after 3 days of delivery
6. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping cost
